I fell in love with photography at a young age. I remember admiring my mother's camera (which was actually my grandfather's camera that had been passed down to her) and asking to look through it. I got my first camera when I was 7. Since then, I have fallen more and more in love with what photography can do. I am now in my fourth year as a wedding photographer and feel so blessed to have this job. I remember my own wedding day felt like a lifetime of memories and emotions packed into one day. I love that a wedding is filled with so much emotion. I love that you never really know when those moments will be. I love that it is my job to capture them.

Laurel Mitchell has been in the design industry for over 20 years. Her love for design truly took a new turn when she began working for Molbak’s Nursery as a Visual Designer. She was hired onto the Visual Design team, which included many large scale floral displays for the Flower and Garden Show, The Seattle Convention Center and window displays for the downtown Seattle Bon Marche. She was also involved in creating product displays which were photographed for the Molbak’s Quarterly Catalog and published advertisements for the Seattle Times and Pacific Northwest Magazine.
